QM12 Adapter Bracket. Adapts Post-mount (PM) caliper to International Standard (IS). This bracket works for both fork and rear-frame mounting.

For use if mounting a 180mm Rotor to the Front wheel with a PM caliper to an IS mount

For use if mounting a 160mm Rotor to the Rear wheel with a PM caliper to an IS mount
