Worshop Version Disc Brake Pads - Organic with Steel Backing Plate -Level/Elixir/Rival/Force/Red

Organic pad compound with steel backing. Organic pads confer better thermal stress tolerance but are considered less powerful braking capacity than metal sintered pads. Organic pads also tend to be quieter when braking in the wet.

These pads were developed for two-piece road calipers, i.e. the new Force and Red eTap AXS models - steel backed.
